In October 2013, the Calgary Hitmen, with the support of Canada Diagnostic Centres, launched the fifth annual Hitmen Fight Cancer campaign.  During the Hitmen Fight Cancer game on October 20, Calgary wore pink-themed third jerseys that fans can now bid on until Sunday, February 9 at 9 p.m.  Proceeds from the jersey auction will support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation - Prairies/NWT Region.
 
Winning bidders will be presented with the pink-themed third jerseys following the Hitmen home game on Friday, February 14 against the Saskatoon Blades.  The winning bidder will be contacted after the auction closes to ensure payment and be provided with details for receipt of the jersey.
 
Over four years, the Calgary Hitmen, with the support of their partners, players, staff and fans, have raised more than $71,900 through the club’s Hitmen Fight Cancer initiatives.
