Hope's Home is Canada's first medically integrated early learning centre and has a vision to see all medically fragile children and their families enjoy better lives through integration, acceptance, and involvement in their community.

How We Make a Difference
As a growing charitable organization and the first of its kind in Canada, we’re immensely proud of our achievements and the standard of excellence we’ve set for such a unique model of care. Our families and children receive the benefit of physical and occupation therapies, integrated and inclusive programming, and the security and expertise of a team of specialized pediatric care providers.

Our services include a variety of educational programming paired with Daytime & Extended Respite, Daycare Services, Musical Therapy, Summer Programs, Recreational Programs, a Creative Arts Atelier, and 24/7 Supportive Living.
