The world of chocolate is a messy, scientific art and Bernard lives to share his lifetime of love and chocolate. Learn from a Master in the industry, with booking a private chocolate experience for your friends, family, or colleagues! Learn the most important trick in a Chocolatiers wheelhouse in our Introduction to Tempering Hands On Chocolate Course. We take you through identifying ingredients, analyzing cocoa content, and why ingredients are so important in food, and especially in chocolate, and how they influence its’ overall composition and taste. Using simple kitchen tools, Bernard guides you in how to perfect temper your chocolate and you put those skills to the test with creating your own lollipops, bars, and hand-moulded truffle shells that you turn into salted caramel chocolates! Everything you create in the course, you get to take home and the course runs 3 hours total.
