You and two friends will join our Dinner Chair John Gibson on a two day float on the Bow River. Over the years this trip has become a tradition. Here is your opportunity to become part of the tradition by buying this year's guided float trip that will feature an overnight stay and gourmet dinner at Glen Rumpel's 'cabin' right on the banks of the river. Your guides will be longtime TUC supporter Jack Fuller and TUC's Director of Special Events Don Pike. This year will feature a special guest chef to prepare dinner. Colin Metcalfe, who has worked at Catch Restaurant & Oyster Bar, the Hyatt Hotel, the Raw Bar Restaurant at Hotel Arts, as well as at Model Milk Bistro, will be preparing dinner for us. While his specialty is seafood, he can put together an amazing meal with just about any ingredients. As he says, I love to get people excited about food by showing them just how tasty a meal can be! Glen will provide the accommodation, fine wine, great cigars and a country-size breakfast the next morning. This will be a fun-filled trip for everyone involved!
