Salmon Fishing for Four to Kyuquot Sound
Salmon Fishing for Four to Kyuquot Sound
- Item is Closed
The saltwater fishing season begins in May and ends the first week in September. The salmon fishing in the spring and summer is fantastic, as the salmon runs from the Columbia River system are feeding in the surrounding waters on their way south.
Weather permitting both offshore and inshore fishing is possible and productive mostly because our guides know where to go and when to be there. Halibut fishing is also excellent all season. The untouched waters located in Kyuquot Sound are unique and are very productive with consistent catches of 35 to 80 pound halibut all season. Only a few select places on the west coast of BC support a fishery like Kyuquot Sound. And Rugged Point Lodge, located in Kyuquot is second to none as a place to stay and people to stay with
Book your trip early to have the best selection of dates. Lodge owners Matt and Kristy Guiguet say, Come in June. Why do you think they call them spring salmon?
(Trip includes three nights accommodation, all meals, catch preparation, and fishing gear; you are responsible for having a saltwater angling licence and for BYOB.)
