Enjoy an evening over dinner with the "Dragon Lady", Arlene Dickinson. In addition to running her own business, Venture Communications, Arlene is also one of the Dragon's on CBC's "Dragon Den." In September 2011 Arlene's first book "Persuasion - A New Approach to Changing Minds" was published along with the introduction of a new line of products ranging from wine to coffee to chocolates and skin care products.
You and seven guests, along with Arlene and her guest, will enjoy one of the finest dining experiences of your lives as the Calgary Golf & Country Club's Executive Chef Vince Parkinson prepares and cooks a six course dinner, with appropriate wine pairings, in your home. Vince has been a chef, team captain and support member for Team Alberta and Team Canada for several international culinary competitions during which his teams have won one World Championship; one Grand Gold medal; three Gold medals; and one Silver medal. His proudest accomplishment, however, was receiving the prestigious "Medaille de Vermeil" from La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 1992.
