Nota Bene is Black Hills’ signature wine. This wine has beautiful flavours reflective of the exceptional terroir of their vineyards. It is drinkable now or can be cellared for up to 10 years. Nota Bene has rich complex flavours while retaining the backbone of acidity, in the Bordeau grapes that made up Nota Bene.
