With a fast action rod blank, St. Croix’s Imperial features fast recovery speeds and loads of power. These rods work well in a variety of fishing scenarios. The dynamic blend of high-modulus/high-strain SCIV graphite and premium quality SCII graphite create a lightweight blank that’s strong and durable. The guides are low profile and low friction to allow fly line to smoothly move through the Imperial. The Imperial comes in a black fabric-covered rod tube that protects the rod during travel and time off of the water. The tube features a handle and a divided polypropylene liner.
