10 class yoga pass for the 9:30 Iyengar Yoga on Monday mornings at the Dalhousie Commuity Centre

Discover yoga (Iyengar Style) and all the wonderful benefits that will bring to your life. 

We will focus on body awareness, learning and practicing the poses with the best and safest alignment. 

Since this is a traditional yoga practice we will be paying attention to: 
- Breath awareness: learn how to breathe right, combat depression, anxiety, fatigue with the right breathing tools. 
- Asana practice: Learn the poses as you regain flexibility, muscle endurance, strength, increase circulation and balance. 
- Guided meditation: Enjoy "Being" not "Doing", while you quiet your mind and withdraw from the world's worries. 

Beginners to Intermediate are welcome. 
Feel free to bring your props: Blocks, yoga belts, silk eye bags, bolster, yoga blanket or any medium size blanket, your own yoga mat.
Every Monday 9:30 - 10:30am
