Kick off your Dallas Cowboys weekend with a celebration sure to get you ready for the big game! The Player Meet & Greet is your chance to meet current players of your Dallas Cowboys. Make sure you bring your favorite jersey, hat or football to get autographs and don’t forget your camera, so you can capture this once in a lifetime event and share it with all of your friends. Player Meet & Greet is held the day before each home game in the magnificent Gaylord Texan Resort, and features an autograph session with at least 3 current Dallas Cowboys, a massive prize give-away, food & beverages and a few surprises!
Tailgate Party
Join the Best Tailgate Party in Texas, three hours before every Dallas Cowboys home game. Located next to AT&T Stadium this tailgate party is in the prime location to get ready for the big game. Join your fellow Cowboys fans in a pre-game celebration that includes food, beverages for the adults & kids, TVs, music, prize giveaways and all the fun & games you can handle. Former Cowboys Legends will be stopping by as well.

Tickets
Tickets will either be available for pick up at the event or will be mailed to the winning bidder a minimum of a week before the event.

Hyatt Stay Certificates are redeemable only at participating Hyatt hotel locations listed at certificates.hyatt.com. Locations are subject to change without notice. Certificates are valid for the number of nights indicated on the front. Certificates are good for one continuous stay comprising consecutive nights at any one participating Hyatt. No credit will be issued for any certificate that is not fully used. Accommodations are subject to availability and certificate level at time of reservation and blackout dates may apply due to seasonal periods or specific events. Valid for a standard guestroom at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts® and Hyatt Place® and a, one bedroom suite at Hyatt Summerfield Suites®, single or double occupancy. Airfare
A Friday or Saturday night stay or any 3 nights consecutive stay is required. This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from participating destinations in Canada* to Dallas, TX, subject to availability. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service.
Airfare taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground transportation is not included in this package unless otherwise specified.
The following blackout dates apply: The weeks of New Year’s, U.S. & Canadian Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Travel must be booked within 12 months from date of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability. All packages have a no refund policy. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates.
*Participating departure destinations in Canada: Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Montreal, Regina, Saskatoon, Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax and Winnipeg.
Package Redemption
Your auction package redemption voucher will be emailed to you. Please allow 15 days for your redemption voucher to be delivered from the time payment is received. You will need your redemption voucher number when contacting our concierge department for booking your travel. Travel needs to be booked within one year and travelled within two years. As well travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and reservations are subject to availability. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable. Auction packages cannot be resold.
All items can be picked up at the Jr. Hitmen Hockey Office at South Fish Creek Recreation Complex. Standard shipping fees apply for out of town winners.
