Originally trapped on the Blood Reserve, Angel was a mature feral dog who had beat the odds by surviving. But he wasn’t doing well. Demodex mange made him almost hairless and unlikely to survive the upcoming winter. But what does one do with a feral mangy dog? Look for a sanctuary scenario, which is where Heaven Can Wait came in. Angel has been with us since 2014 and will remain here until the end of his life. He acts as Mask’s eyes, following each other in the yards and usually sleep touching each other. (Cost of food $45 x 12 = $540)
