Experience the challenges, victories and daily lives of those who settled Western Canada from the 1860s to the 1950s. With over 180 attractions and exhibits, many of which are original houses, stores, and machinery, you’ll see our past come to life.
The four main areas around the Park are:
- 1860s Fur Trading Fort and First Nations Encampment
- 1880s Pre-railway Settlement
- c. 1910 Prairie Railway Town
- 1930s, '40s and '50s Gasoline Alley Museum and Heritage Town Square

- 2 - Adult General Admission Passes (ages 16 - 64 years)

Fine Print:
- Passes expire March 31, 2021.
- Historical Village re-opens May 16, 2020.
- Parking is not included in the General Admission Pass. Parking is $6.00 for a full seven hours if you arrive between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm and $6.00 per 1/2 hour thereafter to a maximum of $20.00.
Winners are responsible for all Canada Post or courier charges and notified of the amount and must pre-pay before their item is shipped.
We are working with the following guidlelines:
- Certificates/gift cards: emailed or mailed where possible. Included with physical items for pick up.
- Items in High River/Okotoks/Surrounding area: picked up in High River (not at Heaven Can Wait), Please email or call Lorraine (403-801-9439) to make arrangements for a date and time.
- Items in Calgary and surrounding area: We are working arranging drop-offs or pick-ups in the city. Once everyone's location is known we can make better arrangements.
