Henckels Forged Aviara Knife Set is forged in Europe using high quality stainless steel, and are hardened and tempered for excellent durability. The Knives are acutely honed for lasting sharpness. Made of one-piece forged construction, with a modern design with a raised wing shape to give more leverage and greater knuckle clearance. Knife block included.
