- 20 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Rump Roast (approx 5lbs)
- 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts (approx 5lbs each)
- 3 T-bone Steaks (approx 5lbs total)
- 3 Rib Steaks (approx 4lbs total)
- Angus Beef from 2.5 year old heifer
- No hormones, no GMOs, no antibiotics
- Grass fed and grass finished
- Locally produced using regenerative farming practices
- Farm is in transition to certified organic (2023 calf crop)
- Processed at Diamond 7 Meats, Lloydminster
- Winning bidder will be contacted to arrange pick up

Auction items will be available for pick up at Iron River School on Monday December 11th from 9:30am - 7:30pm. Please come to the front office doors of the school, present photo ID and a parent coucil member will grab your auction item for you.
