Inner City Brewing's " Be the Brewer" Experience Includes:

• This is an immersive experience that starts with the designing and development of a recipe and beer concept, includes a complete brewday session where you’ll be part of the process and concludes with a product naming exercise and enjoying the beer. This includes a $400 gift card from Inner City Brewing.
• The process starts with a 2-hour planning session with our brew team to develop a recipe and name for the beer.
• During this process we'll spend time learning about various beer styles and brewing techniques. We do this in part through tasting various beers to ensure that our brewers can connect the ingredients or process we choose with the flavours that we'll create together.
• Separate brew day in the ‘Brewers’ Lab’ area of our brewery, brewing 300 liters of beer This is a day of work! Most of our participants will join us in our brewers lab and get their hands a little dirty.
• Participants are limited to the auction winner and 11 guests, 12 people in all
• The package is designed to allow for small groups of beer enthusiasts or companies to come together and do something fun, interesting and different.
• This will produce an Inner City beer available for purchase in our Taproom once it's ready. The package winner will also receive a $400 gift card, to come down to our taproom and enjoy their creation.
