This is a world class fly fishery for Coho salmon in a truly remote and spectacular part of BC-the northwest coast of Vancouver Island which in the fall is truly a wild place. You and a friend can find out for yourselves with this fantastic trip with Fishing Kyuquot and Rugged Point Lodge. The trip is date specific as you arrive on September 24th, fish on the 25th, 26th, 27th, and then depart on the 28th.
With Rugged Point Lodge situated within ten miles of six rivers, Fishing Kyuquot is in a prime location for unique fall fly fishing trips for big, wild northern Coho. Your guide will run you from the Lodge to a jet boat moored in the estuary. From there you will jet upstream watching schools of salmon, black bears and Roosevelt elk on your way to some of the best fly fishing water on Vancouver Island. Then you will enjoy the fly fishing experience of a life time as you take on wild Coho fresh from the salt.
