Filipe has worked in the food and beverage industry for the last twenty-four years. The most recent years have been spent in the role of Bartender Supervisor and Cellar master at the Lazy-s at the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede. As a Sommeliere, Filipe prides himself in educating people about wine in a way that empowers them to identify and appreciate nuances in the wines. His business, the Wine Experience, is not just about the wine, it is about the experience, company, and discussion that comes from sharing the moment and the uniqueness of each bottle of wine.
