 Scenarios to Strategy Inc. (S2S) will work with you and your designated lead(s) to build a draft of Value Proposition (VP). When you are satisfied with your VP, we will collaboratively design, facilitate and report on a one-day Strategic Renewal Workshop. You will have the opportunity to engage every mind in improving your organization. We will provide one year of strategic support post-workshop to your lead(s) as they transition you to a new way of improving - a new way that stays. We are the consultants that bring new approaches, build capacity in your organization, help you engage your people and then leave – leaving you with a new way of succeeding for years to come!
The VP solution integrates strategy, culture, purpose, people, engagement and performance. Teams and every individual in your organization acting on top-down strategic priorities and developing bottom-up ideas that are vetted, approved, resourced and implemented through the course of a living planning cycle. No more time wasted connecting consultant reports to teams and people. 
Our specific proposal is: (1) two days to support the process of building out the initial draft of your VP; (2) three days to design, facilitate and report on your Strategic Renewal Workshop; and (3) 1 day for post-workshop follow-up conversations (a one-hour Zoom call two weeks after the Strategic Renewal Workshop, then monthly for three months, and then quarterly for three quarters). We will also deliver a detailed written proposal and retainer letter to your satisfaction before we get started that replaces our day rate of $2,500/day with $0 - a total value of $12,000.
