3 private trauma-informed, stress relieving yoga classes with a 500 hr certified yoga instructor. These private classes will be on Zoom, will include recordings and additional resources such as self-reflection activities, pranayama (breathwork) videos, guided meditations, and personalized coaching.

All items will be available for pick up at Pacekids' North location (808 55 Ave NE, Calgary) on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Shipping items can be arranged at the expense of the purchaser.
