2016 Chateau Monbousquet Blanc - predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with Sauvignon Gris. This is a full, rich, textural white that has never been to Canada before!  They produced just 4000 bottles of this rare gem.

2016 Force Majeure Cabernet Sauvignon - This was a star at Cork when we had access - spectacular, layered Cab from Washington state. This wine is very complex and takes some of its California contemporaries to the cleaners. Very rare - we can't get more!

2018 Purple Angel Carmenere Red Blend - This superb wine represents a whole new dimension for Carmenère, the long-lost grape variety that recently resurfaced in Chile after being presumed extinct in Bordeaux, its original home. Purple Angel, has been recognized as Chile's best Carmenère. Critics all over the world have named this wine a "wine from another planet".

2016 Renatto Ratti Rocche dell'Annunziata Barolo - Garnet red color. A delicate and persistent bouquet with traces of licorice, rose and tobacco. Full flavored, warm and moderately tannic. The vineyard of Rocche dell'Annunziata is historically considered one of the most important of the all Barolo area. It's located at around 300 slm with a south-west exposure and the size is around 1.50 ha. The typical blue marl soil with some layers of sand gives an incredible elegance and deep and persistent bouquet of roses and licorice. A great wine for important dishes, red meats on the spit or grilled, game, "grande cuisine" white and red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
