Successful bidders will pick up their items at Genesis Place, Airdrie (main arena entrance), on Saturday, November 18th, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. If you are the successful bidder on a ticketmaster event item, these will be emailed directly via ticketmaster transfer.
Note: Successful bidders can collect their item(s) themselves or designate a pick-up person. Either individual will be asked to show government-issued photo ID and proof of successful bid(s).

If you are not in attendance, we will schedule an alternative time for pick up.
