This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the Princesa De Penasco resort in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. It is a 4 hour drive from Phoenix Arizona, with 1 to 1 ½ hours of the drive on good Mexican road.

The condo also has a sofa bed so can sleep up to 6 people. Rental includes free internet and Canadian satellite TV.  

The winning bidder must book the condo directly by contacting the owners. The condo owners have 3 different units so there should be availability anytime other than Easter, Spring Break or other USA or Mexican holidays.
