While we endeavor to be completely accurate in the description of the tree and contents we recognized that there is always a chance that a mistake is made. Please see your item on site to have a full and complete understanding of the contents. Each location may require you to adhere to their in house COVID restrictions in place. Should this be the case we will verify contents listing with the designer and that will prevail.

All successful bidders will have a confirmation email sent to the account they registered with. We require the email to be presented at time of pick up as it ensures you receive the correct item.

Winning bidders of little trees, wreaths, creative pieces and little houses are asked to pick up their items Monday December 7th between 9am-6pm at the Marriott Hotel Prince George. Volunteers will be delivering your item to your car please understand our ability to make other arrangements at this time is limited. Should you not be able to pick up on Monday and need other arrangements made please contact the office at 250 565 2515.
