The result of a collaboration between The Hip and Stoney Ridge Estate Winery, this wine blends Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Cabernet Franc and offers ripe blackberry, plum, sweet spices and nutty notes, all in beautiful balance. The Tragically Hip Ahead by a Century Chardonnay 2018
This is a popular take on Ontario Chardonnay. You can expect to encounter a creamy, toasty wine that offers aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon, buttercream and oak spice, with a long finish. This will be a great option for roast chicken or grilled Italian sausages.
