Travel must be booked within 12 months from date of purchase. Travel must be completed within 18 months. Reservations are subject to availability. All packages have a no refund policy. Change fees may apply.
Cancellations: All trips are 100% non-refundable once the reservation has been completed.

Your auction package redemption voucher will be emailed to you from Resfeber Travel. Please allow 15 days for your redemption voucher to be delivered from the time payment is received. Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance, 90 days is highly recommended as reservations are subject to availability. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable. Auction packages cannot be resold.
Once payment is finalized, you can pick up your item(s) at our main office through curb side pick up on one of the days listed below. Please be prepared to show your confirmation receipt.
