Don't Bother Me

"Don't Bother Me" references the first song George Harrison wrote. It was written while he was ill, perhaps being a metaphor for his life. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club band in 1967 was one of Harrison's influences to take leadership and change the Beatles with his interest in Sitar, meditation, Eastern Gurus and Religion which had a big impact on the Beatles music. The Abby Road Beatles in the forefront represent commitment, love and independence: things he used to keep the band together. The artwork includes elements of abstract, airbrushing, as well as pays homage to the late, great Andy Warhol, a true pioneer in the art world. This limited-edition artist proof has metal, resin and acrylic mediums and is an impressive 24" X 36" Many of Chris similar works often sell for upwards of $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 at local fundraising events.
