The condo also has a sofa bed so can sleep up to 6 people. Rental includes free internet and Canadian satellite TV.  

The winning bidder must book the condo directly by contacting the owners. The condo owners have 3 different units so there should be availability anytime other than Easter, Spring Break or other USA or Mexican holidays.
