There are two things you need to know about Fiasco: We love life, and we LOVE to share. Explore the art of making artisanal gelato and take your taste buds beyond store bought ice cream into the realm of what we call home.
Join us on a culinary tour of the history and process of gelato as you prepare your very own flavour of gelato or sorbetto using our array of ingredients like Sicilian Pistachio, Dark Belgian Chocolate, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, or Sorbetto flavours made with fresh local produce. Now that’s what we call the sweet life!
Classes take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month for 2.5-3 hours and start at 630p. Includes 2 glasses of wine or beer, charcuterie & 4 pints of your custom flavour to take home.

All items can be picked up at the Jr. Hitmen Hockey Office at South Fish Creek Recreation Complex. Standard shipping fees apply for out of town winners.
