With the help of sponsors, donors, community partners, and volunteers, Habitat for Humanity Foothills builds homes and helps families enter the housing market by purchasing homes through our affordable mortgages. Home ownership builds long-term stability and independence for families, while offering lasting, tangible benefits to our entire community. Habitat homeowners purchase their homes with a no-down-payment, no-interest mortgage, giving them financial stability to build better futures. Their monthly mortgage payments are used to build more homes for more families, creating a cycle of paying-it-forward.

Our annual online auction fundraiser continues to be a key fundraiser for us. Over the past several years, monies raised have contributed to two completed duplexes—one in High River and our most recent in Okotoks. Four family’s lives changed forever thanks to supporters such as yourselves. We’ve purchased a lot in High River, and 100% of proceeds from our 9th annual online auction will be used for our upcoming duplex build.
