The Calgary Flames hosted their annual Hockey Fights Cancer Awareness Night on Monday, November 19th versus the Vegas Golden Knights at the Scotiabank Saddledome. The team wore lavender Hockey Fights Cancer jerseys to raise funds towards the fight against cancer.
Lavender, which represents awareness for all cancers, continues to be the designated colour for the initiative and will be worn by the hockey community throughout the campaign.
