Parachutes For Pets wanted to bring a new and unique fundraiser to Calgary supporting local pets - the 1st Annual Dog House Challenge Auction was created!

They challenged individuals and teams to create unique dog houses to be auctioned off in support of our programs.

Creativity and originality were to be rewarded, and WOW! We are truly impressed by the hard work and dedication that went into these creations!

You will be able to admire them in person at the PFP Pet Advocacy Center Grand Opening on September 16th!

The auction ends at 8 pm on September 17th, with all proceeds directed towards the Parachutes for Pets' Pet Advocacy Center.

The PFP Pet Advocacy Center will be the first of its kind for pets and their guardians and offer a collaborative effort to assist both the pet and their guardians. We will have an expanded pet food bank, education programs, vet care assistance, pet bereavement and counselling sessions, a pet warming and cooling space for the unhouses with pets in inclement weather, as well as a dignity pet store. Social workers will be on site to assist pet guardians with referrals to other programs and services they may require such as food hampers, and low income housing.
