Help a puppy grow into a LIFE-CHANGING Guide or Autism Support Dog. It takes two years and up to $35,000 to breed, raise, train and place a Guide Dog with an individual who is blind or visually-impaired or an Autism Support Dog with a child with moderate to profound autism and their families. Each dog and their recipient is supported throughout the dog’s career.
Alberta Guide Dogs fundraises to offset all of the expenses to graduate each dog so that each dog is given to the person or family in need FREE OF CHARGE.
The dog is available to support their person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year for up to eight years, offering SIGNIFICANT benefits to their recipient.
