Rec@Home is a virtual recreation program that allows seniors and older adults access to fun, active, accessible, and socially involved activities while in the comforts of their home – and thus enabling them to remain in their homes longer.
The program removes barriers to physical participation, and focuses on improving the physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of our seniors. Individuals are empowered to connect and build community through virtual gatherings, shattering feelings of isolation and alienation.
