With the help of sponsors, donors, community partners, and volunteers, Habitat for Humanity Foothills builds homes and helps families enter the housing market by purchasing homes through our affordable mortgages. Home ownership builds long-term stability and independence for families, while offering lasting, tangible benefits to our entire community.  Habitat homeowners purchase their homes with a no-down-payment, no-interest mortgage, giving them financial stability to build better futures. Their monthly mortgage payments are used to build more homes for more families, creating a cycle of paying-it-forward.

Our annual online auction fundraiser, hosted by Elevate Auctions, continues to be a key fundraiser for us. Over the past five years, monies raised have contributed to two completed duplex builds - one in High River, and our most recent in Okotoks. Four families lives will be forever changed thanks to supporters such as yourselves. We are once again searching for land in the Foothills, and 100% of the funds we raise from our 6th annual auction will be used for our 3rd Foothills duplex.
