The Hitmen game on Sunday, October 28th, 2012 will be designated as the “Hitmen Fight Cancer Game” presented by Delta West Academy. During the game the Calgary Hitmen will wear their “pink” themed jerseys when they take on Kelowna Rockets. The jerseys will be auctioned off during the month of October in an online auction, with proceeds being split between the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and The Kids Cancer Care Foundation. A special ticket offer is available for the Hitmen Fight Cancer game through Smart Betty, a local fundraising organization, with a portion of the ticket proceeds going to both foundations. Auction bids will end on October 30th, 2012 at 8:00 PM MST. Winning bidders will be contacted the following week. The jerseys will be presented to the winners by the players after the November 9th, 2012 game.
