Please tell us about a turning point or challenge that you feel shaped you as a leader or mentor.

"My mentor, Steve, helped me see how I was owning both sides of a relationship to my detriment and he did it through a powerful metaphor. This insight shifted me away from people-pleasing tendencies and helped me start setting healthy boundaries. Ask me about the rock story."

Share a success story - what are you most proud of accomplishing?

"Building Incito. Incito started out as a solo consultancy, and the last 15 years has involved a great deal of learning, many painful mistakes, and joyous successes and celebrations. Transforming into the boutique firm we are today is beyond what I dreamed in the beginning when I was 33 years old and a new mom. I couldn't have done it alone - I've had invaluable support from mentors, colleagues, family, and a fantastic business partner. Together, we've made it possible to empower leaders across North America to reach their fullest potential."

Jenn's session format is flexible and may take place in-person or virtually.

Each Mentor's session format can be found at the bottom of their auction profile page. The options are virtual (through Zoom, Skype, or other e-conference software), in-person, and flexible (based on the mentee's location and preference).

Connection emails will be sent to the highest bidders within three weeks of the auction end date. Scheduling the session will be the responsibility of the Mentor and winning bidder. Please ensure your contact information is correct so that we can contact you if you win!
