Chandra MacNeill is a wife and mother of two sons living in Calgary, AB. She has worked with Circle K for the past 26 years and is currently the Merchandising Analytics Manager for Western Canada. Chandra believes knowledge is power, and that sharing her knowledge and experience of the company helps her teammates grow and develop. She values the power of communication. In her spare time, Chandra is a DIYer - she loves to bring things back to life! If she's not in her craft room, you can find her camping with her husband and their fur baby Koda. 

Please tell us about a turning point or challenge that you feel shaped you as a leader or mentor.

"It was not something that shaped my career but someone. I had a manager who supported and help me develop my career. This person helped me with enrolling in courses that would develop my skill set, and believed that I could do something I did not necessarily believe I could do. This person not only helped me shape my career but has also helped me to help other believe in themselves as well!"

Share a success story - what are you most proud of accomplishing?

"Circle K also has given me many opportunities throughout my career, and I especially appreciate the opportunity to be able to work with our Western Canada charity partner: The Brenda Strafford Foundation, Heart Home Network. Working with HHN is one of the most rewarding parts of job. This has taught me to be more compassionate, patient, and tolerant of others."
