What would you say is the most important trait or skill to develop for someone working in your field? 

"Communication is the most important thing you can work on. Whether that is translating a vision from words and ideas into spaces & realities by listening and asking the right questions, or just in your everyday emails. Clear oral & written communication is extremely important under high pressure situations... And staying calm!"

Share a success story - what are you most proud of accomplishing?

"Planning a tented wedding in a grassy mountain field in Banff, and having to arrange basic amenities like power and water, while accounting for wildlife, weather, and other challenges and setbacks. This wedding was nominated as one of the Best Weddings in Canada over $250K and we are very pleased to have had such a smooth & successful event despite the challenges."
