Meet Amritha Kailas, a Jay Shetty Certified Life and Success Coach, the proud author of "Wisdom of the Unshakeable", host of "The Peace Bridge Talk Show" on Voice America and Usui Certified Reiki Master Teacher. Her journey has also led her to start Samsarga, an online school for emotional wellness, to inspire, educate and empower women to establish resilience and balance in the chaos of modern life. As an Udemy Sanskrit Instructor and Emotional Wellness Coach, Amritha finds tremendous joy in guiding individuals to tap into the ancient wisdom in the Holy Bhagavad Gita and apply the essence of spirituality into their daily lives.

Please tell us about a turning point or challenge that you feel shaped you as a leader or mentor.

"The pivotal moment that brought me to where I am today was in 2010, when I became bedridden for 10 months due to acute cervical spondylosis. During this phase, I realized that my emotional suffering was the cause of my physical pain. When I noticed my mind was responsible for my unhappiness and sorrow, I decided to work on my thoughts, emotions and beliefs. This eventually enabled me to develop a resilient mindset and discover peace and purpose. When I found the answer to inner peace, this lead me to inspire, educate and empower people around me to rise from emotional pain to a life of peace and resilience by sharing the essential tools and skills to rebuild".
