Calgary Golf & Country Club’s Executive Chef Vince Parkinson will set the stage for one of the finest dining experiences of your lives for you and seven guests in your home.
Vince will first create a menu and then prepare and cook a seven-course dinner—each course accompanied with appropriate wine pairings. A Chef, team captain and support member for Team Alberta and Team Canada for several international culinary competitions, Vince and his teams have won one World Championship, one Grand Gold medal, three Gold medals and one Silver medal. His proudest accomplishment, however, was receiving the prestigious “Medaille de Vermeil” from La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 1992.
