Jessica has been part of a family-owned boutique advisory firm based out of Calgary for 10 years. Couillard Group provides a safe and trusting place for people to think about their lives differently and plan for their legacies. After travelling to Africa in 2011, she was inspired to start a not-for-profit organization in Canada. Her organization, Souls for Sisters, is focused on providing women, locally and abroad, with vocational and educational opportunities. which was a big challenge. Being able to help offer women the opportunities that she has been so blessed with has been very meaningful for her. Jessica is the mother of 3 beautiful children.

What would you say is the most important trait or skill to develop for someone working in your field?

"A desire to provide an exceptional level of service; to go above and beyond what is required to help clients through challenging times."

Share a success story - what are you most proud of accomplishing?

"Above all, I am most proud of becoming a mother. Balancing motherhood with being a business owner is certainly not always easy. But I am proud to be able to live in a time where I can do both, with a supportive network around me."
