Please tell us about a turning point or challenge that you feel shaped you as a leader or mentor.
"About 10 years ago, a mentor of mine took me to a networking event, where I crossed paths with a young woman, new to her career. We had a lengthy and lively conversation about work and life. Before we left, she asked if I’d be willing to have regular meetings so she could “pick my brain”. This was a turning point, instilling a newfound belief in the value I could offer others and started shaping my path as a mentor. For the first time, I truly recognized my potential to positively influence others. We’re still in touch today!"

"I take immense pride in how my traditional education has served me and allows me to contribute in unexpected ways. Upon graduating, I took a chance on a non-traditional path, at the time unaware of the diverse opportunities that choice would unlock. It led me to a growing field spurred by the introduction of Canadian access and privacy laws. This was the gateway into my current company, Cenera. Here, I’ve expanded my knowledge and evolved as a consultant. Today, as a Partner, I’m proud to contribute to our company’s leadership, embodying the unforeseen potential of my education."
